The company CAMELOT IHO DOO Skopje is committed to providing high-quality water filtration products designed for reliable long-term performance. This Warranty Policy outlines the warranty coverage applicable to Camelot products purchased through authorized channels.

1. Warranty Coverage

Camelot warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and maintenance. Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Imperial Plus

The Imperial Plus stainless steel housing is covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The filtration cartridge is a consumable component and is not covered against normal depletion resulting from regular use. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Improper installation

  • Misuse or abuse

  • Freezing conditions

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Use outside recommended operating conditions

3. Imperial World

The Imperial World system housing is covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The filter cartridge is a consumable product and is not covered against normal usage or filter exhaustion. Warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation

  • Damage caused by accidents

  • Improper maintenance

  • Use with non-approved components

4. Imperial 360

The Imperial 360 stainless steel bottle is covered by a 5-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects. The filter element is a consumable item and is not covered against normal usage and replacement intervals. Warranty excludes:

  • Cosmetic wear and scratches

  • Damage caused by drops or impacts

  • Improper cleaning

5. Imperial Shower

The Imperial Shower housing is covered by a 5-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects. The filter cartridge is a consumable item and requires periodic replacement according to the recommended schedule. Warranty excludes:

  • Improper installation

  • Damage caused by excessive water pressure

  • Improper maintenance

  • Normal filter depletion

6. Filter Cartridges

All filter cartridges and filter media are consumable products. Filter performance and lifespan depend on water quality, water consumption, water pressure, and environmental conditions. Normal filter exhaustion does not constitute a manufacturing defect and is not covered by warranty.

7. Warranty Claim Procedure

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase, product serial number (if applicable), description of the issue, and photographs or videos when requested. Claims may be submitted to: info@camelot-water.com.

8. Warranty Resolution

Following inspection, Camelot may at its sole discretion repair the product, replace the defective component, replace the product with an equivalent model, or provide a refund where required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Camelot shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, water damage caused by improper installation, or damages resulting from failure to follow installation instructions.

10. Important Notice

Camelot filtration systems are designed to improve water quality. No filtration system can guarantee the removal of all contaminants under every water condition. Regular maintenance and timely filter replacement are essential to ensure optimal performance.
